Each day the color changes. There are many factors, temperature, wind, rain, sun, fog, etc. etc. Not to mention, that the lower branches turn before the higher branches that turn before the exposed trees before the tucked in trees. When there’s a grove on your daily walk, and “…a tired dog is a good dog…” is a corner stone of your dog training you get a new show almost every day. I found this shot when hucking a stick for my partner and watching him run into a grove after it. I looked up and voila.
