How long does it take to get the lay of the land? Thanks to Indiana Jones and photography it usually doesn’t take long. Serpentine roads through old bent oaks and emerald granite are enjoyable to walk, ride, or drive. With the natural open space and pasture come the inevitable proletariat, doctrinaire opinions, and well…lawn art. But when the fog comes in, before the rooster has spoken, its as if Nature herself sweeps the dirt under the rug and reveals what it could be. And then the fog lifts.
