Bonsai Rock. Although not officially named, or marked on any map, this famous rock is certainly the most photographed place in Tahoe. I myself have photographed it too many times to count. Now I only venture out if there is some kind of special weather or I happened to be on that side of the Lake at the right moment. This photograph is a result of being on that side of the lake during a fresh snow fall. I was hoping the storm would wash everything out past the rock and leave me a minimalist version of the famous bonsai rock.
